Frequent questions

How to change server IP address?

If you want to connect a new server to Vepp you need to delete the old one, first. Submit a request to our support team at help@vepp.com. Later, we are planning to make this action possible on the user side.

What’s the reason I’m not able to connect a server?

There might be several reasons for that, and we recommend to contact technical support at help@vepp.com. However, the frequent reason is that your server has an operating system different from CentOS 7. Or you are trying to connect not a clean server, but with some software other than OS installed.

Why doesn’t Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate install automatically?

Possibly, the reason is you haven’t added a domain to your website yet. Vepp is not able to install a certificate for the domain that wasn’t added to your website. However, this is not the only possible case, submit a request to our support team at help@vepp.com to find out exactly.
