How to change server IP address?

If you want to connect a new server to Vepp you need to delete the old one, first. Submit a request to our support team at help@vepp.com. Later, we are planning to make this action possible on the user side.

What’s the reason I’m not able to connect a server?

There might be several reasons for that, and we recommend to contact technical support at help@vepp.com. However, the frequent reason is that your server has an operating system different from CentOS 7 or Ubuntu 18. Or you are trying to connect a server with some software other than OS already installed.

Why doesn’t Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate install automatically?

Possibly, the reason is that you haven’t added a domain name to your website yet. Vepp is not able to install an SSL certificate for the domain name that wasn’t added to your website. However, this is not the only possible case, submit a request to our support team at help@vepp.com to find out exactly.
